This week is Superhero round so dust of the costumes and join us for some fun.
Under 6 – On Track Program – 60mH, 100m, 300m, LJ, SP
Under 7 – 60mH, 100m, 400m, LJ, Dis
Under 8 – 60mH, 100m, 400m, HJ, Dis, Turbo Jav
Under 9 – 60mH, 100m, 400m, HJ, Dis, SP
Under 10 – 60mH, 100m, 400m, LJ, Dis, SP
Under 11 – 60mH, 100m, 400m, HJ, LJ, SP
Under 12 – 60mH, 100m, 400m, HJ, LJ, SP
Under 13-16 – 80/90/100mH, 100m, 400m, TJ, Dis, Jav**

Please note U13-16 have an 08:00am start for Javelin, so please arrive approx 15 mins prior to assist with setting up. Parent helpers are always required from 08:15-08:30 to assist with set up of normal weekly meet event stations.
